Position Summary
- Communicate with new hires to ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Collect, verify, and upload all required new hire documents
- Verify I-9 documentation in compliance with HR and federal requirements
- Create and manage new hire accounts across required systems
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on missing or incomplete items
- Maintain organized and accurate digital employee records
- Partner with the onboarding and training team to ensure new hires are fully set up prior to their start date
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay focused, organized, and on task in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional, and timely communication skills
- Understanding of or ability to learn I-9 compliance requirements
- Dependable and able to manage multiple onboarding timelines at once
- Previous experience in onboarding, HR support, or customer service
- Familiarity with document management or HR systems
- In-office position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hourly pay range: $17–$20 per hour
