Run 3–5 pre-set residential appointments per day.

Compensation
  • Top performers earn $150,000–$300,000+ annually
  • First-year reps typically earn $120,000+

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for closers who can convert pre-set opportunities.


What You’ll Do
  • Run 3–5 company-provided appointments daily
  • Identify electrical safety concerns and present solutions
  • Provide clear pricing and close sales
  • Coordinate install handoff to production team
  • Complete necessary permit documentation
  • Communicate with operations to ensure smooth project execution
Your primary focus is sales and customer communication — our team supports execution.

Qualifications
  • Residential electrical experience preferred (not required for strong sales backgrounds)
  • 2+ years journeyman experience strongly preferred
